The workmanship of our product is a top priority at EcoBeeBox™.   All our products at EcoBeeBox™ are free of defects in workmanship and material when packaged.  Product variations can occur due to temperature, humidity, and care in transporting our product to your home. Within 30 days of purchase you determine that an item you purchased from EcoBeeBox™ is defective, simply call 801-263-6666 or email albert@ecobeebox.com to resolve the issue.  If damaged during shipping, contact the shipper first to file a claim.  If there is a defect in workmanship, return it with a copy of your invoices within 30 days of purchase.  Items returned for a refund may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.  If woodenware has been used or modified in any way no return will be granted.

Tracking Your Shipment

EcoBeeBox™ uses different shipping companies - USPS and UPS.  Each item sent has a tracking number automatically sent to the email you provided at the time of ordering.

Shipping Bees and Queens

Shipping bees will only happen between the months of May - July depending on local conditions and availability.

You are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
