Workmanship is a top priority at EcoBeeBox™.   All our products at EcoBeeBox™ are free of defects in workmanship and material but as a natural product change can occur. Within 30 days of purchase you determine that an item you purchased from EcoBeeBox™ is defective, simply call 801-263-6666 so we can resolve the issue.  If damaged during shipping, contact the shipper to file a claim.  If a defect in workmanship, return it with a copy of your invoices within 30 days of purchase.  Items that are returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If woodenware has been used or modified in any way no return will be granted.

Tracking Your Shipment

EcoBeeBox™ uses different shipping companies - USPS and FedEx.  We usually can send you a tracking number.

Shipping Bees and Queens

We are able to ship 3-lb. packages and queens through the UPS.  3-lb. packages are shipped April and May; queens are after April depending on availability.

You are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
